We currently cater to most postal codes across India for our deliveries. Shipping options might differ based on the delivery address, order placement time, and availability of product. We will display the available shipping methods, their respective costs, and estimated delivery dates when you process your order. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to various destinations, notably the USA, Canada, and the UK. We strive to deliver orders to nearly all locations worldwide. Please note that any applicable import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

Upon placing an order through our website, we will retain your Order Information in our records unless you request its deletion.

RETURNS:
We accept return requests made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. To initiate a return, you must state the reason along with photos of the damaged product through our website’s return page. Once the return is approved, it will be processed. Any return requests made after this period will not be entertained. Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return. Customized products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for international orders. However, we are happy to exchange them if the delivered item is incorrect or damaged, provided the request is made within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

Important points to remember while returning a product:
- All items must have their original tags intact and should be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. - To ensure that your items are not damaged during transit, please reuse the original packaging for proper protection. - All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Please email support@studionaazzlifestyle.com from your registered email ID for any queries. Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when an item is returned in a condition that is not its original state, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.

Wrong or Damaged Item Received:
Although all orders undergo a thorough quality check before shipping, if you receive a damaged product, please notify us at support@studionaazzlifestyle.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds to credit/debit cards can take up to 30 days to process. If you don’t receive your refund within this time, please contact your bank. Bank Refund: We refund the amount directly to your bank account. To process the refund, we require the following details: name, account number, IFSC code, bank name, and branch name. All refunds are processed within 14 days of successful reverse pickup. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.
